Welcome to this beautiful ground-floor apartment, surrounded by the enchanting hills of Volterra. Ideal for all types of travelers, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests.

The space features a spacious, light-filled living room and a well-equipped kitchen with every necessary utensil. As you enter, you’ll be welcomed by an open living area with a sofa bed. Just ahead is the kitchen, fully stocked with cooking essentials, a Nespresso machine, refrigerator, and induction oven.

The apartment has three comfortable suites, each offering unique views of the hills. In the main living room, you’ll find an extendable dining table for larger gatherings and cozy sofas for relaxing while taking in the stunning views through the windows. A 32-inch Smart TV with access to YouTube, Netflix, and more is also available.

Nestled in the picturesque provincial landscape, this beautiful residence is accessed through a private gate. Beyond it lies a charming garden and a spacious parking area exclusively for guests.

In accordance with regional law, we are required to collect a tourist tax of €2.20 per day per person, up to a maximum of 3 days. Children under 12 are exempt. Please note that current booking platforms in Tuscany do not allow automatic processing of this tax, so we’ll request payment through a link for the registration of all guests.
