The five elegantly furnished double bedrooms provide an oasis of peace and comfort. Each room is outfitted with a luxurious queen-sized bed wrapped in high-quality linens for a restful sleep. Additionally, each bedroom has a private bathroom featuring upscale fixtures, elegant furnishings, and modern showers, offering a touch of pure indulgence.

Two kitchens, one on the ground floor and another upstairs, are true masterpieces of design and functionality. These culinary spaces are fully equipped with high-end appliances and premium utensils to satisfy even the most discerning gourmet chefs. The kitchens offer a welcoming, well-lit environment for preparing delicious meals and enjoying shared moments with loved ones.

The main living room is a space of refined elegance, with large windows overlooking the magnificent Tuscan landscape. You’ll have exclusive access to the entire villa, a refined sanctuary decorated with elegant furnishings and exquisite details. The spacious interiors are meticulously curated, providing an atmosphere of unparalleled luxury and comfort. Outdoors, you can revel in the natural beauty of the expansive garden, a stunning pool, and an olive grove with over 100 olive trees. Our garage, adjacent to the property, also includes a bocce court for friendly games, and ample parking space is available for up to 8 cars.

### Other Things to Note
Please note that in-stay cleaning is not provided as part of the standard service. However, we can arrange for a cleaning service upon request, with the costs billed separately.

The heated pool is available for an additional charge of €150 for activation and €150 per day for ongoing heating, allowing you full access to a warm pool throughout your stay.
